About the Role
The Compensation and Benefits Manager will be responsible for identifying issues and reviewing improvement plans through communication with HR leaders in the Americas. Quarterly regular meetings with HR leaders in the Americas (On/Off-line) will also be required. Analysis/review of US labor laws and major HR trends is essential for this role.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, related majors, related experience of 7 years or more
