With support from the HR team, the HR Coordinator will manage onboarding, benefits enrollment, training coordination, and employee record maintenance. The role will also handle recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offer letters and background checks. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will provide HR support, address employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
[Recruiting and Hiring Support / 35%]
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
· Post job openings across relevant job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
· Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule follow-up interviews.
· Draft job descriptions that align with company goals and comply with labor laws.
· Manage the candidate pipeline, keeping hiring managers informed of progress.
· Coordinate offer letters, reference checks, and background checks in a timely manner.
· Support the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
· Assist in offer negotiations and offer extension for new hires
[Employee Onboarding and Orientation / 20%]
· Conduct new hire orientation on the first day.
· Complete necessary new hire documentation and onboarding processes.
· Ensure timely enrollment and updates to employee insurance benefits.
· Manage I-9 completion and E-Verify authorization verification.
· Training and Employee Records
· Coordinate training sessions as required.
· Create, maintain, and oversee employee records, files, reports, and organization charts.
· Safeguard confidential matters related to employee relations and organizational changes, ensuring the protection of sensitive information.
[Employee Relations and Support / 20%]
· Respond to requests from managers, employees, and others, addressing various HR-related inquiries.
· Utilize informed judgment in handling potential or actual issues and escalate to HR Manager when necessary.
· Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR procedures and company policies within specified guidelines.
[Training and Employee Records / 15%]
· Coordinate training sessions as required for Training Center.
· Create, maintain, and oversee employee records, files, reports, and organization charts.
- Safeguard confidential matters related to employee relations and organizational changes, ensuring the protection of sensitive information.
[Other / 10%]
· Other HR related duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
· 2 years of HR related experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or other related fields
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
