Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Trainer to design, develop, and implement comprehensive technical training programs across our organization. The Technical Trainer will work closely with regional training managers and subject matter experts to assess training needs, develop learning materials, and deliver training programs to ensure consistent and effective training across all departments and locations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Able to break down complex technical concepts into easily digestible eLearning content with interactive and compelling story telling elements.
- Able to break down complex technical concepts into ILT programs e-learners with the ability to troubleshoot, set up and demonstrate products confidently.
- Assess training needs and work with course creators to design and develop engaging materials such as videos, presentations, and other learning resources.
- Oversee and manage the production of outsourced training content.
- Facilitate training for internal trainers on global curricula and course content.
- Utilize authoring tools to create interactive and visually appealing learning experiences.
- Develop instructional design documents, including storyboards, detailed course outlines, scripts, and learning objectives, aligned with training goals and instructional best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvements and updating content as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies in training and instructional design.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
