Title: Small Medium Business Account Manager
Location: South Carolina (60% travel)

Hanwha Vision America (HVA) is seeking a Small Medium Business Account Manager to actively participate in revenue and market share growth of Hanwha Vision America security products in an assigned geography. Develop total product sales growth within the assigned geography. Own and manage relationships with our customers to include end-users, architects/engineers/consultants, STEP partners, dealers, and distributors. Coordinate and communicate with other internal and external team members to ensure maximum growth, working closely and in relation with Regional Team (Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director).
Major Functions/Accountabilities:
- Build and implement action plans to effectively and efficiently execute on company strategy.
- Focus on Small/Medium STEP Partners, new Dealers and Distribution Partners within the assigned geography.
- Develop key competencies as required to maximize success.
- Participate in clear communication with the Regional Sales Team to ensure connectivity with business imperatives.
- Develop strategic clarity and a clear understanding of assigned role, expectations, and performance.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets and competition.
- Build, maintain, and execute aggressive account growth plans of top customers in assigned geography and execute those plans.
- Execute on internal business deliverables within the appropriate timeframe.
- Provide strategic and market feedback to the business on a daily basis and through weekly reporting.
- Build and execute on plans to support customer and market training needs.
- Support and execute on the account plans for Strategic Distributors, and all other HVA customers within the specified geography.
- Create and manage all registrations and quotes, owner of pricing strategy for all non-standard pricing
Qualification:
- 1-3 years of Security Industry Sales Experience
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal written/verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
- Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and high energy
- 60% Travel within sales region
