This individual will play a pivotal role in developing visually compelling and impactful storytelling presentations for our sales team and executives. If you have a passion for design and storytelling, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities : Design and Development : Develop an arsenal of templates that can be easily transformed quickly for requests.Create engaging and visually appealing presentation designs from scratch or by enhancing existing templates.Ensure all presentations are on-brand and aligned with company standards.Visual Storytelling : Translate complex data and concepts into clear, concise, and visually compelling slides.Develop infographics, charts, and other visual elements to effectively communicate key messages.Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to understand business objectives and audience needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback to refine presentation content.Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.Maintain a repository of presentation assets and templates for team use.Innovation and Consistency : Stay updated on the latest design trends and presentation tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.Maintain consistency in design and messaging across all presentations.Requirements and Skills : 3-5 years of similar work experience.Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as a Presentation Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design and storytelling skills.Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote and Canva; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under tight deadlines.Familiarity with video editing or animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.Preferred Qualifications : Experience working in a corporate or B2B environment.Knowledge of the sales process and an understanding of how presentations drive business outcomes.Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs based on feedback and changing requirements.
