Who we are looking for :

We see designers as key members of software development process, playing critical role in many aspects and having influence on product decisions. Our vision of designer role is quite wide - it includes not only creating mockups and prototypes based on formalized requirements, but also doing market research, finding and understanding user problems, coming up with new ideas, testing and analyzing current implementation, and more.

You are an ideal candidate if you are able to :

Understand complex systems with a lot of moving parts

• we develop b2b software that has a lot of functionality, oriented towards experienced users, and is integrated with many other software and hardware services.

Navigate ambiguous requirements

Work independently without constant supervision

Requirements5 years of experience working as product or UX / UI designerProficiency with FigmaExperience designing interfaces that were developed and shipped to the actual usersExperience creating, maintaining, and applying design systemsUnderstanding of software development processPortfolio that demonstrates the points aboveProvide Link to portfolioWill be a plus

Ability to create complex interactive prototypes with JS / Axure / ProtoPie / Origami or any other toolExperience developing websites or mobile appsExperience with motion or 3D graphicsKnowledge of physical video security industry and / or video surveillance systems
