Overview :
Hanwha Vision is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and take ownership of the growth and promotion of our barcode and QR code solutions within the logistics and warehouse sectors. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about cutting-edge technology, with experience in the logistics industry and a strong ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, acting as a product champion for our barcode reader devices, and aligning Hanwha Vision with key partners within the logistics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales and Business Development : Promote, sell, and create demand for Hanwha Vision’s barcode and QR code devices, including the all-in-one video camera.Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships with logistics companies, warehouse management systems, and inventory solutions providers.Grow and develop sales channels, focusing on both direct sales and partnerships with distributors, installers, and system integrators in the logistics space.Engage in lead generation and proactively pursue new sales opportunities.Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Product Champion : Act as the product champion for Hanwha Vision’s barcode reader and future products in the portfolio, ensuring the market understands the value proposition and capabilities.Provide in-depth product knowledge to internal sales teams, partners, and customers, ensuring successful adoption and integration into existing logistics systems.Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to provide market feedback and contribute to the evolution of the product line.
- Channel and Partner Development : Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners including distributors, installers, and system integrators in the logistics industry.Educate and support channel partners to enable them to effectively sell and integrate Hanwha Vision’s products into client solutions.Organize and deliver training sessions for channel partners and internal teams, ensuring technical competency and sales effectiveness.
- Strategic Alignment with Logistics Ecosystem : Collaborate closely with logistics companies, warehouse management systems, and inventory solutions providers to integrate Hanwha Vision products into their ecosystems.Work cross-functionally within Hanwha Vision to ensure that product offerings align with partner requirements, market trends, and customer needs.Understand customer pain points in the logistics and warehouse sectors and provide tailored solutions using Hanwha Vision’s barcode reader technology.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products in the logistics and barcode technology space.Analyze customer needs, market demands, and industry innovations to adjust sales strategies and product offerings.
- Sales Reporting and Strategy : Report on sales activities, pipeline progression, and outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional initiatives.
