JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our human resources team. The HR Associate will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role involves handling administrative tasks, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and assisting in the development and management of employee relations programs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, addressing employee inquiries as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling and tracking participation.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting initiatives.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or workforce planning.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
QUALIFICATIONSBasic Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role or related administrative position.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or equivalent.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience with employee engagement and diversity initiatives.
