Responsibilities

• Develop and support the implementation of training programs tailored to the needs of athletes across different sports disciplines.
• Educate athletes on techniques, strategies, and rules of soccer.
• Conduct regular practice sessions to enhance skills and improve team performance.
• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, respect, and collaboration.
• Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to health and safety regulations during practices and events.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, events, and competitions.
• Engage with parents and guardians to communicate athlete development and team goals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
