Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:
- Discuss Loan Products & Services- Credit Life & Disability/Gap coverage/Mechanical Breakdown Protection
- Basic understanding of IRAs
- Basic understanding of Trusts, POAs and Estates
- Full understanding of debit/credit card issuance, replacement and cancelation of cards
- Full understanding of forgery/fraud procedures for checks, debit, credit cards, and ACH disputes
HAPO is now accepting applications for a Financial Service Specialist in Yakima, WA. We are seeking an individual who is ambitious, self-motivated and who strives to represent HAPO’s core commitment “Be in the Moment” and standard of service “Defy Expectations” with our members, community as well as the team they are a part of. Ideal candidates will be able to exercise Judgement, initiative and always uphold confidentiality. They will have excellent multi-tasking skills as well as excellent written and verbal skills. They will be capable of handling themselves in stressful situations and have attention to detail.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
- Minimum of two years Personal Banker or equivalent experience required
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
Location: On-Site, Yakima (WA)
Schedule: Must be able to work 35-40 hours a week between the hours of 8:30am – 6:30pm M-F with rotating Saturdays
