What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinic Site Supervisor position at HAPPI Health?
The Clinic Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the mission of HAPPI is carried out through Customer Service Specialist, Medical Assistants and Provider staff engagement and performance with the patients by completing the following:
* Oversee daily operations of the site
* Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
* Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner
*Mediate on-site conflicts
*Ensure all patients demographic information is collected
*Work in tandem with nursing team to assure completion of prior authorizations, referrals, and administrative duties as appropriate to maintain clinical workflow.
*Ensure compliance with Sliding Fee Discount Program(SFDP)
*Consistently and reliable report to work and help cover the duties of the RN in their absence (as applicable)
*Lead motivate and manage staff
Must have previous experience in a healthcare setting managing teams at all levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
