At Happier at Home we provide in-home care and advocacy services for the disabled, seniors, and their families.
Are you looking for a rewarding position that allows you to enhance the day-to-day life of a senior? Our Companion Caregivers aide with daily household chores, personal hygiene, transportation, and community involvement, while providing attentive caring supervision.
Responsibilities Include
- Provide attentive care and supervision in private home/apartments
- Support and advocate for the individual’s goals
- Follow and administer the individual’s care plan
- Must be able to work at the individual’s home or apartment and remain productive
- Support residents with basic grooming and personal hygiene as needed
- Assist residents with any housekeeping, shopping, laundry, cooking, etc.
- Effectively communicate to other staff, managers, doctors, and any other professionals or family members that may contact the home
- Maintain confidentiality of clients and other staff members.
- Do whatever is deemed necessary for creating a friendly, caring, safe and happy environment/culture for both our clients and teammates.

Qualifications
- High School or equivalent (Required)
- Caregiving Experience Preferred
- Driver’s License (Required)
