At Happier at Home we provide in-home care and advocacy services for the disabled, seniors, and their families.
Are you looking for a rewarding position that allows you to enhance the day-to-day activities of your clients yet offers you flexibility for your schedule? Our Companion Caregivers aide with daily household chores, personal hygiene, transportation, and community involvement, while providing attentive caring supervision.
Responsibilities Include
- Provide attentive care and supervision in private home/apartments
- Support and advocate for the individual’s goals
- Follow and administer the individual’s care plan
- Must be able to work at the individual’s home and remain productive
- Support residents with basic grooming and personal hygiene as needed
- Assist residents with any housekeeping, shopping, laundry, cooking, etc.
- Effectively communicate to other staff, managers, doctors, and any other professionals or family members that may contact the home
- Maintain confidentiality of clients and other staff members.
- Do whatever is deemed necessary for creating a friendly, caring, safe and happy environment/culture for both our clients and teammates.

Qualifications
- High School or equivalent (Required)
- Caregiving Experience Preferred
- Driver’s License (Required)

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

- Hart, MI 49420: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
