The primary responsibilities of the Business Support Manager:

- Create and implement marketing strategies to generate new client leads and help manage client relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and service retention.
- Establish and grow relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, senior living communities, and other key stakeholders to drive client referrals and grow market share.
- Actively support Happier At Home’s representation at local events, seminars, and senior-focused organizations to elevate our brand and promote our services.
- Keep abreast of local market trends, competition, and client needs to adjust marketing strategies, optimize outreach efforts, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns such as digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and print materials to enhance Happier At Home’s visibility in the community.
- Onboard new clients and maintain client satisfaction.
Attributes of the ideal Happier At Home Business Support Manager:
- Sales, marketing, or business development experience, preferably within a healthcare or home care environment.
- Demonstrated success in supporting business growth, generating referrals, and assisting with long-term relationship management.
- Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and passionate about growing a business and delivering quality care services.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
