What are the responsibilities and job description for the Companion/Caregiver position at Happier At Home?
Responsibilities:- Provide care and assistance to seniors- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain confidentiality of patient information
Skills:- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transportation needs- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals under your care
