Duties :
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Offer medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and organizing.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
- Engage in meaningful activities with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client care activities.
