Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Management
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct timecard audits, manage payroll processes, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Assign tasks to employees and monitor task completion to meet operational goals.
- Operational Support
- Assist with inventory management, including placing and tracking orders.
- Resolve complex tasks and implement effective solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director of Operations and employees.
- Foster clear and professional communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and direction to employees while maintaining a professional work environment.
- Technical Skills
- Utilize computer systems effectively, with a strong focus on Excel for basic data management and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) – required.
