The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring impeccable service standards, managing a high-performing team, and creating memorable guest experiences. This is a hands-on role that demands exceptional attention to detail, leadership, and poise in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily front-of-house operations with a focus on premium guest service.
Supervise and motivate floor staff, including hosts, servers, and runners.
Ensure consistent adherence to service standards, cleanliness, and club protocols.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and issues with professionalism and discretion.
Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Assist with scheduling, staff training, and performance management.
Maintain awareness of VIP guests and personalized service expectations.
Uphold a culture of excellence, hospitality, and confidentiality.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a management role within a fine-dining restaurant, private club, or luxury hospitality setting.
Proven leadership abilities with a hands-on, team-oriented management style.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative skills.
