Requirements:
- For all host openings, a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant hospitality experience in an upscale restaurant is required (strong guest service skills may be considered for select positions)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify) legally
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
- Customer-oriented and planning skills
- Courteous and attentive to guests
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as staying on your feet, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy objects
- An essential part of the job is being available on a flexible schedule and being willing to work outside “office hours.” AM/PM service and nights, weekends, and holidays as required

The base pay range for this position is an hourly rate of $22.00 USD per hour. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
