The Order Fulfillment Associate plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately and efficiently processing, packing, and shipping orders. This position requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet daily operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to order specifications.
- Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory or discrepancies.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damages or defects and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Shipping & Handling: Prepare shipments, print labels, and coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper storage of products and supplies.
- Documentation: Accurately record order details and inventory changes in the system.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address order issues or delays.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with order management software or willingness to learn.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.

The base pay range for this position is an hourly rate of $22.00 USD. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
