Our Mission:

At Happiest Baby, we're on a mission to help parents raise healthy, happy children and save lives. We're the creators of SNOO, the world’s first smart sleeper and the safest baby bed ever made, proven to add 1-2 hours of sleep per night. With a legacy of developing landmark products, content, and services, our work is recognized and exhibited in some of the world's top art museums, including the SF MOMA and the London Design Museum. Under the leadership of our CEO, Dr. Harvey Karp, a renowned pediatrician, and author of the best-seller, “Happiest Baby on the Block," we're a mission-driven company looking to expand our team with passionate, dedicated individuals.

Your Role:

The Director of Hospital Health Partnerships will lead Happiest Baby’s hospital business, driving strategic growth, fostering relationships with hospitals and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and ensuring successful partnerships. This individual will oversee the entire hospital program, including tracking the status of all relationships and providing updates to Happiest Baby leadership and reporting directly to Dr. Karp.

These updates will include metrics such as the number of hospitals using SNOO, utilization data, and clinical settings where SNOO is being implemented.

In addition to growing the hospital network, the Director will maintain a pulse on the existing hospital cohort to ensure satisfaction, identify commercial opportunities, and drive optimal utilization of SNOO.
