Position title: ETL Data test Lead/Architect
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6-12 Months
Mandatary Skills: Python, ETL Testing, Snowflake, Big Data, Airflow, Apache Spark, AWS, AWS S3
JD:
- Test and validate ETL logic and Data Pipelines.
- Translate reporting and operational technical specifications, including calculations, custom groups, parameters, filtering and or aggregations test requirements.
- Build automated and reusable tests for data stores to improve quality and development velocity.
- Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests. 3 to 5 years exp. in Quality validating ETL pipelines and Data Warehouses
- Expert SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases as well as a working familiarity with a variety of databases.
- Good experience in data analytics, data engineering, data modelling, data warehousing, and big data platform
- Strong programming, scripting skills (Python),
- Experience with one of JUnit, TestNG, bigdata tools Airflow, Hive, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark etc. with large datasets (Terabytes)
