We seek a results-oriented Director of Technology Optimization to provide strategic vision and leadership skills necessary to evaluate, implement, and manage enterprise applications, reporting, and data platforms. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science or Applied Mathematics
Must have a Minimum of Five Years of Enterprise Application and Data Management Experience
Must be Experienced in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Applied Insights using Advanced Methodologies
Must Have Experience Leading Multiple Technology Initiatives in Cross-functional, Matrix Environments
Must have Experience Driving Enterprise Data, Analytics, and Insights in Cloud-based Environments
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Technology Optimization, reporting to the CFO, is responsible for developing the strategic vision, technology roadmap, and operating model for Happinests enterprise applications, reporting and data analytics platforms. Candidate will also meet the diverse needs of our business units and customer base.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as key technology leader between IT and business units
Define and implement a technology plan that stabilizes the existing applications environment and provides a scalable foundation to enable business growth
Define business and system requirements for new information technologies in the areas of Enterprise Applications, BI, and Data Analytics
Design an enterprise systems architecture for commercial applications including platform requirements and integration standards
Ensure operational security of enterprise applications and SaaS environments, including Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning/preparedness
ROLE PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
The Director of Technology Optimizations performance is evaluated based on the performance objectives below.
Develop cost/benefit analysis for evaluating enterprise applications and system development projects
Establish internal/external SLAs and CSAT metrics for operational effectiveness
Define, evaluate and optimize business processes leveraging existing or new technologies resulting in measured cost savings across business units
Define strategies, guidelines, and metrics for the effective use of enterprise data leveraging cross-departmental teams
Enable growth by utilizing data-driven insights and transformation
