Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

- Monitor children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Establish routines that promote healthy habits, including meal times and nap schedules.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.

- Ability to create a nurturing environment that supports children's emotional and social growth.
- Experience with infant care, toddler care, or working with children with disabilities is highly desirable.
