Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage invoices: receiving them, charging them, and creating new ones.
- Answer all emails in a timely way and respond with a positive tone.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on office management practices.
- Handle our credit card processing.
- Manage our monthly commission report using Excel.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Ensure proper phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries as needed.
Requirements
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online.
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
