We’re seeking a driven and highly organized Account Manager to represent Happy Cabbage and future brands under our umbrella in the Upstate New York market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about cannabis, and excels at building relationships and managing details. You’ll support our retail partnerships on the ground, making sure our products are visible, accessible, and supported with the tools and attention needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and attend vendor pop-ups at strategic retail partners (some evenings and weekends required to align with peak store hours)
- Merchandise products during store visits and communicate any requests for displays, swag, or marketing materials
- Deliver physical materials as needed and support general store setup
- Enter store visit notes, contact information, and order details into the CRM
- Communicate with stores and the sales support team to ensure orders are entered into our CRM and delivered as quickly as possible
- Assist with event planning and execution, including local trade shows, pop-ups, and industry activations
- Maintain and grow strong, long-term relationships with key retail accounts
- Promote and introduce new product lines to stores, providing staff with essential product knowledge
- Coordinate with delivery partners to problem-solve and ensure smooth intake and high-quality service at stores
- Provide general in-store support across all active accounts
- Manage your own schedule and work independently
- Attend weekly check-ins with the National Sales Director to report progress and align on goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in account management, field marketing, or sales support, ideally in the cannabis or CPG space
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Comfortable traveling throughout Upstate NY
- A passion for cannabis and a desire to grow with a dynamic, evolving brand

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
