What are the responsibilities and job description for the AM Server position at Happy Cooking Hospitality?
If you’ve dined at Joseph Leonard, Jeffrey’s Grocery, Fairfax, or Sailor then you’ve met our family. Here at Happy Cooking Hospitality, we're looking to add an AM Server to our dynamic and dedicated dining room teams across our restaurants. As you read on, please keep in mind that we are looking to work with people who have AM (Breakfast and Lunch Services) availability, who believe slinging eggs is just as fun as selling dope wine, and who like making an impeccable cortado as much as they enjoy serving the perfect night cap. This is a full-time position, so please have availability for 5 shifts/week -- specifically, this schedule will run Thursday - Monday with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.

If you have an innate sense of hospitality, the drive to keep growing, and the desire to create story-worthy experiences for our guests, we want to hear from you.
Ideally, candidates will have weekday & weekend availability and able to commit to 3-4 shifts per week. We have positions available on the floor and behind the pine -- even better if you like doing both!
