Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a team environment to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Accurately set up and receive payments for the car wash, adhering to all payment procedures.
- Support the car wash in achieving sales targets and driving Club Membership metrics.
- Complete general duties including car washes, maintenance, customer relations, disputes, cleaning, etc.
- Ensure the facility is secure and safe, complying with all safety and environmental guidelines.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous car wash service experience (preferred).
- A high school diploma or GED (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including daytime, evening, and nighttime shifts, and in outdoor weather conditions.
- The physical ability to perform the principal duties of the job.
- The ability to operate car wash equipment.
