Happy Days Childcare in Highland, IN is looking for one Pre-School/ Pre-K teacher to join our 22 person strong team. We are located on 2645 Main St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Educate students according to predetermined guidelines
- Plan, coordinate, and implement student learning plans
- Evaluate and observe students behavior and learning styles.
- Provide a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Complete quarterly assessments and keep files on each student
- Engage with parents regarding their student's performances
Qualifications
- Experience working as a teacher
- Ability to remain patient and positive with students
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
