What are the responsibilities and job description for the Before School Only Latchkey Teacher position at Happy Days Daycare & Preschool?
Happy Days is currently hiring for assistant teachers for our latchkey programs in the Belleville Elementary schools; Savage, Tyler, Owen, Edgemont, and Rawsonville.
Hours are 6:30am-9:00am Monday through Friday. There are additional hours on no school days, half days, breaks and during summer program. There also could be additional hours as more children enroll for the PM.
We are looking for someone who has experience working the in the childcare field. We would also like someone who is a team player, who is energetic, has a positive attitude, good work ethic, physically able to play with the children, has previous experience working with school-age children and who is willing to get messy with the kiddos. Ideally, we would also like someone who is already first aid/CPR certified and has completed their fingerprinting background check, however these things can be accomplished at the time of hire.
The positions is $14.00 an hour.
