Responsibilities will include but, may not be limited to :

• Supporting and assisting the General Manager, on an as-needed basis with s cheduling, inventory, ordering, cost control, crew management, interviewing and hiring, and orientation
• Sharing in the responsibility of daily operations, with an emphasis on customer service, drive time, direct labor, and cost of goods
• Facilitating crew member training and cross-training , following up regularly with trainers and trainees to promote consistency and employee retention
• Prioritizing safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Ensuring compliance with all food and beverage regulations
• Supporting as needed in all positions throughout the restaurant
• Developing relationships with dine-in, and drive-thru guests
• Holding crew accountable for, attendance, uniforms, prep, portioning, product rotation, date labelling, and cleaning and sanitatio n
• Upholding the company's Progressive Discipline Policy, supporting supervisors' first-level disciplinary action, as well as issuing second level-and-above discipline as needed
• Handling guest complaints using GRACE to provide a quality customer experience
• Attending and actively participating in management meetings
• Leading the team through example by u pholding company policies, service standards, and health department regulation s
• O ffering constructive feedback and positive reinforcement to hourly crew members throughout each shift and through the use of employee evaluations
• Promot ing successful store communication through regular use of email, shift recaps, Hot Schedules, written notices, etc.
