Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable finance person to join our team.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who not only manages contracts and title processing, but someone who excels in walking the customer through the entire purchasing process. We want you to be able to fully explain and sell the benefits of extended service contracts; as well as different financing options that may be available. Our purpose is to not only sell the product, but to make a customer who not only refers us to their friends and family. but comes back to make their next purchase.
Responsibilities
- Oversee credit processes to assess customer eligibility for loans and financing options.
- Following through on the purchase from customer to funding.
- Manage contract negotiations with the lenders and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Process titles accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide financial guidance on all sales transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
- Proficient in contract management and title processing within the automotive/RV industry.
- Experience in sales, particularly in automotive/RV.
- Knowledge of credit analysis principles and practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Previous experience in the automotive or RV financing industry is a must.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
