We’re on the lookout for a bubbly, upbeat Audiology Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Happy Ears Hearing Center in Gilbert, AZ ! If you’re someone who loves helping others feel welcome and at ease, and you’ve got a knack for staying organized while keeping a positive attitude, this role is for you. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a fun, friendly, and compassionate environment, helping our patients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they walk in or call.

You’ll Be Responsible For :
Greeting patients with a bright, friendly welcome that makes them feel instantly comfortable
Collaborating with audiologists, patients, and families to provide top-notch careCreating personal goals for patients and cheering them on toward their progressMaintaining patient information in our system with care and attention to detailHandling patient intake forms and offering a little guidance with a smile if neededChecking in hearing devices and ensuring they’re ready and perfect for appointmentsManaging schedules with a cheerful attitude to keep things running smoothlyAnswering phones with enthusiasm to schedule appointments and assist current patientsCollecting payments and providing receipts with a friendly approachHelping maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment (including stocking the coffee / snack station!)Performing basic tech duties like hearing aid cleanings, troubleshooting, and Bluetooth pairingsPerforming other miscellaneous office duties to keep the flow of the day positive and productiveQualifications :
Experience in a customer service or healthcare roleStrong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smileQuick decision-making skills in fast-paced situationsAn empathetic and caring demeanor – you truly want to make a difference in our patients' livesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBonus points for experience with hearing loss or working in an audiology settingA passion for excellent customer care – you’re always ready to treat every patient with respect, care, and a cheerful attitude!
Salary : $18 - $19
