Farmers Market Sales Associate

Job Description:
Happy Earth Compost is looking for a reliable and motivated Saturday Farmers Market Worker to help transport and set up our market booth, engage with customers, and represent our mission of sustainable composting. Receive a commission on customer sign ups. Warehouse is 77091 and Market is in the Woodlands

Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the warehouse on Saturday mornings to pick up market materials.
• Drive a company vehicle to the farmers market.
• Set up the booth and ensure an inviting display.
• Engage with market visitors, answer questions, and promote composting services.
• Break down and pack up after the market.
• Return all materials and the company vehicle to the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs (for setup and breakdown).
• Comfortable talking with customers and promoting our services.
• Reliable and punctual (must be on time every Saturday).
• Experience in customer service, sales, or farmers markets is a plus.

Schedule:

• Saturdays only (approx. 7-9 hours per shift, depending on the market).
