Job Summary:
Forklift Order Puller (Sit-down, Standup Reach, and Cherry Picker) picks and selects products using an RF scanner and a propane Sit-down, Standup Reach, and Cherry Picker Forklift and palletizes orders to be shipped out to customers.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Pick and assemble products using a Sit-down, Standup Reach, and Cherry Picker Forklift and deliver them to checking/loading stations.
- Assemble products according to the quantity and/or lot specified by the customer.
- Pack orders in accordance with training regarding weighing instructions, customer order, assembling requirements and comply with verbal instructions from management.
- Operate RF scanners in order to accurately fill orders and effectively manage inventory.
- Report all safety concerns immediately to management to include all injuries, no matter how slight they may seem.
- General warehouse housekeeping to include the following:
- Place product back in correct bin after each pick
- Strap pallets in location and on your order pallet
- Report all damages – Wet product, Lot Issues, Unstable Pallets, Broken Tile
- Throw away broken product, salvage good product for samples
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Must be able to speak and comprehend English.
- Must be able to pass a general warehouse assessment.
- Must be able to lift boxes or packages of up to 70 pounds.
- Sit-down, Standup Reach, and Cherry Picker Forklift Experience Required

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. While performing the duties of this job, warehouse order pullers frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, reach with hands and arms, frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds, in multi-temperature environments. Some work stress inherent to the position and extended work hours may be required.
Work Environment:
The work environment will be in warehouse and temperatures depending on weather may be cold, hot, humid, wet, etc.
