We are looking for a talented and energetic Sales Representative based in the Portland, OR area to join our Sales team. This position is a great fit for an individual who is highly motivated, a great communicator, enjoys sales and customer service, and the satisfaction that comes with servicing customer accounts.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Must be able to drive company 16ft box truck daily
- Must be able and willing to travel frequently throughout the sales territory.
- Responsible for selling and distributing products.
- Responsible for displaying the products based on specifications.
- Maintaining close communications with the manager and / or office staff about customer samples.
- Maintaining constant communication with the manager about the performance of the accounts.
- Maintaining consistent communication and timely follow-ups with customers, prospects, and managers.
- Servicing existing customers, up-selling current customers. Opening new accounts.
- Responsible for building and expanding the business within the territory by calling and visiting potential customers.
- Responsible for keeping the company vehicle clean and well-maintained conditions.
