Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the U.S. Market:
- Lead the team in analyzing store sales data and performance through store visits, business trips, and market research.
- Collect market feedback, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
- Channel Resource Allocation:
- Coordinate and allocate channel resources to enhance product coverage and sales growth across various channels.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between regional teams, the market, and the company.
- Develop Local Channel Strategies:
- Formulate channel development strategies tailored to local conditions.
- Expand channels, design cooperation plans, connect internal and external resources, evaluate channels, and maintain channel relationships.
- Monitor and Analyze Channel Trends:
- Track and analyze trends in channel and store performance.
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources and follow up on issues.
- Provide improvement suggestions to the sales team to enhance brand recognition at the retail level.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience in sales channel marketing.
- Experience with supermarket chains, Key Accounts (KA), and channel distribution.
- Background in the 3C (Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronics), internet, retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
- Sales Operations Management:
- Proven experience in sales mid-platform/channel strategy/sales operations management.
- Understanding of offline business models, such as ground promotions or shelf-based strategies.
- International Sales Channel Management:
- Experience managing overseas sales channels or agents.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large teams.
- Language and Relocation:
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Willingness to live and work in the United States.
- Skills:
- Strong goal orientation and ability to work under pressure.
