We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and craft cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as providing outstanding service to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea and alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. - Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and answering questions about menu items. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee preparation area and equipment. - Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly. - Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed. - Stay knowledgeable about coffee trends, farm to table craft cocktails, be certified by the ABC - Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
**Qualifications:** - Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender, or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required. - Passion for coffee or craft cocktails and a desire to learn more about brewing techniques and coffee origins. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
