Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring an excellent dining experience.
Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide menus and relay information about specials
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Aloha POS, is a plus
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
