We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
- Provide high-quality care to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Monitor children's progress and behavior, implementing effective behavior management strategies as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that is safe for all children.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
- Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and special education to support diverse learning needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in daycare or early childhood education settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and classroom management techniques.
- Experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
