**Job Overview:**
Shift 730am-330pm Monday-Friday MANDATORY No exceptions. $10-$12 depending on experience. 2 year old Age group
We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
**Duties:**
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children in your care
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive curriculum
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in childcare or preschool setting is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to work with students of varying abilities, including those with special needs
- Experience in behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with infant care practices
- Background in special education is a plus
