Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Active BCBA certification
• LBA licensure for New Jersey
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• 2 years of experience working with children with ASD

Role Highlights: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Happy Hearts ABA, you will be doing more than just analyzing data and developing interventions. We want to empower our BCBAs to take a hands-on approach with empathy at the forefront of every interaction -- not just with learners, but with RBTs too. We believe that the support you give RBTs now will make those who feel called to a career in Behavior Analysis better BCBAs someday.
