Duties
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide care and supervision for toddlers and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Support students with special needs or disabilities by adapting learning materials and techniques.
- Engage students in literacy education activities to promote reading and writing skills.
- Help maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher regarding individual student needs.
- Facilitate classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and addressing any conflicts or issues that arise.
Requirements
- Experience in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Education is a plus.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and classroom management strategies.
- Ability to work effectively with students who have special needs or disabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students, parents, and staff.
