Must have experience and references! Candidates should have relevant newborn nanny experience in a home setting or similar healthcare environment. Familiarity with new born care and basic medical care. CPR certified required. 1099 contract position.

Our clients are new parents and simply the best so this is a job that you will enjoy! The rate increases on Holidays and overnight. You set your own schedule! Appointments are available at all hours of the day and night.

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Nanny to provide exceptional care for a newborn in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with a newborn and possess the skills necessary to create a safe, engaging, and educational atmosphere. This role involves not only supervising a new born but also actively participating in their development through play, learning activities, and daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of newborn at all times.
• Must be fluent in English, French or Spanish a plus.
• Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Provide care for infants, including feeding, diaper changing, and soothing.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up play areas.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding newborn's progress and any concerns.
• Administer first aid when necessary and ensure children's health and well-being.

Requirements

• Previous experience with newborns, as a nanny is preferred.
• First aid certification is required CPR or BLS
• Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents effectively.
• A nurturing attitude with the ability to educate through play and structured activities.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate family needs.
