Job title: Caregiver – Residential Care Facility for the Elderly

Job Type: Full-time and part-time

At our facility, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care for our elderly residents. Our team is committed to creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment where seniors feel at home. We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support and help residents move safely around the facility.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, monitoring dietary needs, and cleanup.
• Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to medical staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations regarding elderly care.
• Ability to lift and support residents as needed.
• Communicate with manager regarding resident and house needs and updates.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Previous experience in caregiving preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check, as well as a TB test
• CPR certified or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to elderly care.
