What You'll Do As our Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in managing our financial records and supporting the success of our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Management: Manage accurate financial records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Accounting Tasks: Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax preparation specific to the dental industry.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management on budgeting and financial planning.
Who You Are The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience: Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the dental or healthcare sector.
- Dental Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental billing, coding, and insurance processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
