Our Philosophy

Job Responsibilities

• Director of First Impressions = Making a great impression as first point of contact
• Verifying all patient forms are up to date
• Maintaining Schedules for the dentists and hygienists, including scheduling to meet goals and filling last minute cancellations
• Helping patients with their scheduling needs
• Scheduling new patients, and collecting all necessary information
• Corresponding with patients via text, email, and phone
• Scanning documents and attaching to patient charts

What We Need From You (Skills)

• Good organization and communication skills
• Professional demeanor on the phone and in person
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is required
• Willingness to learn and to cross train with Treatment Coordinators and Billing/Insurance
• Ability to read in write in English, speaking other languages is a bonus!
• A minimum of 2 years related experience in a dental office
• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual is a bonus
