We are excited to announce Happy Kids indoor playground is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. Position: Assistant Manager – Happy Kids Indoor Playground
Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the indoor playground when the manager or cafe manager is off. He/she will ensure a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for both children and their families. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to outstanding customer service, and the ability to effectively handle and resolve any conflicts that may arise. Weekend and evening availability is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure the playground is clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any complaints or conflicts promptly.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a customer service-oriented environment (experience in childcare or recreation is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
