Key Responsibilities
Office Management:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including workstation setup and orientation.
- Ensure timely payment of office-related invoices.
- Maintain records of office policies and procedures.
- Ensure the office complies with health, safety, and company standards.
Qualifications:
