Job Title: Bubble Tea Barista

Job Summary: Join our team at Happy Lemon, a popular and dynamic bubble tea shop, known for our delicious and innovative beverages. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Bubble Tea Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delightful and refreshing bubble tea drinks while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparations: Craft and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
• Customer Service: Warmly greet and assist customers, accurately take orders, and share menu information. Foster a friendly atmosphere for all patrons.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the workspace clean and organized, following food safety standards. Regularly clean equipment, tables, and customer areas.
• Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Happy Lemon’s menu, promotions, and recipe changes. Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members for smooth workflow. Communicate effectively with management, assist in inventory maintenance, and report shortages.
• Adherence to Policies: Uphold company policies for a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required. Training provided for all aspects of the role.
• Passion for bubble tea with a willingness to learn about flavors and brewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• WA State food handlers card
